My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms, although lacking a pleasant smell throughout my visit, were spacious for the money paid. The service was a mix of competent and friendly staff, with some members being very helpful while others seemed not well trained, such as struggling to handle foreign guests. The location, a little bit out of the center but very near to Katraj Bus Stand, was convenient with an in-house restaurant serving awesome food. The dining experience was a bit of a letdown, being described as 'pathetic'.
